There were a few negative aspects to the hotel. The receptionist was bossy and not very friendly, which put a damper on the whole experience. Additionally, the pool was unreasonably priced and not even discounted for hotel guests. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room instead of having to go out and buy one. while it had its good points, the negative aspects were too much to ignore.
